Elon Musk joins the Twitter board of directors.
He announces the company that he chirps, pointing out that he has reached an agreement with the owner of Tesla so that he does not exceed the 14.9% stake in the company.
Musk is the largest shareholder of Twitter.
Just two weeks after speculating about the launch of one of its platforms, Tesla's boss revealed that he has a 9.2% stake in the company he chirps.
A stake of 73.5 million shares worth 2.9 billion dollars, and with which he opens a new chapter in the story that binds him to the social network created by Jack Dorsey.
Right in Dorsey's step back from Twitter's lead could be the roots of Musk's investment decision, the richest man in the world with the pressing need to diversify his portfolio.
