The man claims he asked permission from the passenger who was sitting next to him before he started a masturbation trip that lasted about an hour at the end of which he fell asleep.
Immediately afterwards, the passenger called the flight attendants who passed her and called the FBI, who arrested the man upon landing.

A man was arrested after allegedly touching his intimate organs over and over again while sitting next to a woman on a Southwest Airlines flight from Seattle to Phoenix.
In the independent it was reported this morning (Wednesday) that the man, who was identified as Antonio Shrod McGariti according to court documents, touched himself inappropriately at least four times during the first hour of the flight that took place on Saturday.
Court documents state that McGarretti "exposed his penis and masturbated in front of the passenger sitting next to him."
McGarretti apparently took off his pants and began to touch himself just moments after the flight took off.
He then fell asleep, then the woman informed the flight crew and also showed them pictures she took on her phone in which he touched himself and she was transferred to another seat for the rest of the flight.

After landing in Phoenix, the woman told FBI agents who arrived at the scene at the request of the air crew that the man masturbated in front of her at least four times in one hour from the moment the plane took off.
According to the report, McGritti admitted to his actions and claimed he asked for the woman's permission before the flight took off.
He claimed she raised her hands in the air and said, "It really does not matter."
Court documents show he also told FBI agents that he found the whole thing "kind of kinky," KOMO News reported.
McGarry, who was arrested by FBI agents at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, was charged with committing indecent acts on an aircraft.

A statement from Southwest Airlines said it was also facing a lifelong ban on flying with the airline.
"The incident was reported to crew during the flight, and the captain contacted law enforcement to meet the plane upon landing," the statement said, "We immediately put the passenger on our blacklist and as a result will be banned from flying with us again for life."
