(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 09 - 20% of Italian municipalities have not presented the report on the correct use of the proceeds of road fines.
And to date, as many as 15 provincial administrations, 3 metropolitan cities and 317 unions of municipalities are still non-compliant.
With a figure already estimated at around 3 billion euros.
From a report provided by Mims to the Montecitorio Transport Commission, to date 1,556 municipalities (19.7% of the total) have not provided the reporting.
Mims announces measures, recalling that in the event of irregularities, "the percentage of income due is reduced by 90 per cent for each year".
