(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 14 - Russian sources denounced various attacks by Ukrainian forces in the afternoon against two Russian villages on the border with Ukraine, Bryansk and Spodaryushino, in the Belgorod region.

There are no victims, according to Tass, but the inhabitants have been evacuated.

"The Ukrainian armed forces bombed residential buildings in the Bryansk region of Russia," regional governor Alexander Bogomaz wrote in Telegram.

"The Ukrainian armed forces bombed the village of Klimovo today - he said - damaging two residential buildings. There have been injuries among local residents".

Shortly afterwards, the Russian Investigative Committee, in a note quoted by TASS, stated that the Ukrainians had carried out at least six aerial attacks in the area with combat helicopters equipped with heavy weapons.

"They moved deliberately to low altitudes, carrying out at least six airstrikes on residential buildings in the town of Klimovo, located in the Klimovsky district of the Bryansk region," a statement read.

In the Belgorod region, according to the governor of the region, Ukrainian forces bombed a village in the district of Gaivoron.

"The village of Spodaryushino was bombed by Ukraine. There were no civilian casualties," Gladkov said on Telegram.

He then claimed that the inhabitants of two villages were evacuated.
