The manhunt lasted 30 hours in a panicked Brooklyn.
Frank James, 62, allegedly fired 33 bullets in the subway on Tuesday, April 12.
Ten people were hit, 23 in total were injured in the attack.

Frank James, already known to the police, will be prosecuted under a law that prohibits “terrorist attacks and other violence against (…) public transport”, announces a federal prosecutor.
"He will appear in federal court in Brooklyn and, if convicted, will face a life sentence."
