"We are determined to go forward in the defense of rights and in making workers recognize the correct application of labor regulations, the national labor contract and safety in the workplace with the utmost attention to the rhythms and workloads. and discrimination against direct and indirect workers "explains Iacomino.

So Amazon replies to Filt Cgil.
"Warehouse operators - explains the company - can use the bathroom whenever they feel the need and without being checked. Safety in the workplace is one of our prerogatives, for this reason we ask all workers to inform their responsible in case of absence from the workplace, in full compliance with the directives of the national employment contract.
