Tales from the Borderlands 2 Announced: When Will the Game Release?

Gearbox and 2K have announced the return of Tales from the Borderlands.
Part two is due out later this year.
Developer studio Gearbox has surprisingly announced a sequel to "Tales from the Borderlands".
The first part was still developed by Telltale Games and differed greatly from the "Borderlands" main series.
The studio was temporarily closed in 2018.
And even though Telltale reopened a year later, Gearbox is taking the development of Tales from the Borderlands 2 into its own hands.
Tales from the Borderlands 2 will be released in 2022
The game is scheduled to be
released later this year
, but a specific release date has not yet been set.
The sequel should focus on new characters who experience a new story.
Further details about the "Tales from the Borderlands" sequel are not known.
However, it is expected that the game will be released on PC and console.

-episode, which is typical of Telltale titles and has proved very popular with fans.
As with "The Wolf Among Us" or "The Walking Dead", players make decisions and steer the plot in different directions.
The focus is therefore clearly on the story and not on the typical "Borderlands" exploration and combat.
The first Tales from the Borderlands was a breath of fresh air for the series.
Telltale Games focused on funny dialogue and characters that many gamers grew to love.
Fans can be curious to see whether "Borderland" founder Gearbox can do it just as well as Telltale Games.
