The decree authorizing "the transfer of military vehicles, materials and equipment to the governmental authorities of Ukraine" has been published in the Official Gazette.
In the hearing of Defense Minister Lorenzo Guerini at Copasir, "the contents of the second inter-ministerial decree authorizing the transfer of military vehicles, materials and equipment to the governmental authorities of Ukraine, on which the Committee agreed with the Government in the affixing of the bond of secrecy, and the results of the meeting held at the American base in Ramstein in Germany last April 26 with the participation of the allied countries in supporting the government in Kiev ", said the president of Copasir Adolfo Urso.
During the hearing, which lasted over two hours, Urso informs, "the minister updated the Committee on the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine and its possible repercussions on national security, in a climate of fruitful confrontation between institutional bodies, particular importance at this time ".
In addition, the president adds, "with the minister, the issues concerning the two fact-finding investigations that the Committee is conducting on the prospects for the development of the European common defense and cooperation between the intelligence services and on the aerospace domain as a new frontier of competition were examined in depth. geopolitics ".
