(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 28 - Next April 30 is the deadline for the payment of the installments of the "Scrapping-ter" and of the "Balance and excerpt" originally due in 2020. It is fixed by the Sostegni-ter decree which defined a new calendar to meet taxpayers who have not managed to pay the arrears by the deadline of last December 9th.
For the payment it is possible to take advantage of the 5 days of tolerance granted by the law for which, taking into account also the holidays, the deadline actually moves to 9 May.
The Revenue-Collection Agency reminds us of this.
The next deadline does not only concern the facilitated definitions but also the installments.
In fact, on the basis of what is established by the Milleproroghe decree (DL 228/2021), April 30 is the deadline by which taxpayers who have lapsed from a debt repayment plan before 8 March 2020, i.e. before the start of the suspension of the collection resulting from the health emergency (for the municipalities of the so-called "red zone" the suspension starts from February 21, 2020), they can access a new deferral plan without paying the overdue installments, as instead ordinarily provided.
The application for readmission, falling on 30 April on Saturday, must be submitted to the Revenue Agency-Collection no later than Monday 2 May 2022. (ANSA).
