New videos of the death of Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie 'Rust' released by the New Mexico Police show the moment in which actor Alec Baldwin was told that the shot that hit the director of photography ended his life .

"I have very bad news to tell you," the woman in the interrogation room told him.

"She has not achieved it," he said, to which the actor responded with a moved "No!".

Then he stays with his hand on his chest and a lost look.

Later he covers his face and, although the agents ask him questions to see if they can help him with anything, he is in "shock" and does not answer.

After that brief chat, the officer explained to the actor that he should go to the sheriff's office for an interview.

Last October, during the filming of the movie

, an accidental shot by Baldwin killed Hutchins and wounded the film's director, Joel Souza, in the shoulder

A recent report from the Department of the Environment considers that there was "total indifference to the dangers associated with the use of firearms" during the filming and a fine of 136,000 dollars (about 125,000 euros) is imposed on Rust Movie Productions.
