President Roberto Fico has given until 13 May to present amendments.
The new draft was however criticized by Francesco Forciniti, of Alternativa, the member of the Misto group born from a split of M5s.
The draft also provides for greater financial resources for small and medium-sized groups than today, which in the light of the parliamentary cut will involve several parties.
