The most fascinating of all, the ones I was excited about before, during and after the interview most of all to interview them were the writers.

And this is still the case - Umberto Eco, Neil Gaiman, Robert Harris, Vikram Chandra and many others - and of course their Israeli colleagues - are the ones who have opened the doors to the world of magic since I started reading at the age of five.

I am proud and excited to accept this heavy task at the heart of the Israeli world of culture and literature. "
