(ANSA) - KATHMANDU, MAY 29 - A TaraAir passenger plane bound for a mountainous area in Nepal disappeared today with 22 people on board: the airline announced it.

"An internal flight to Jomsom from Pokhara has lost contact," said Tara Air spokesman Sudarshan Bartaula, explaining that there are 19 passengers and three crew members on board.
