(ANSA) - RECIFE, MAY 31 - The heavy torrential rains that last Tuesday caused floods and landslides around Recife, in the north-east of Brazil, causing at least 100 victims, according to a latest report provided today by local authorities.
The government of the state of Pernambuco, of which Recife is the capital, also reports 14 missing, while searches continue in the most affected areas.
