Ciatti case: the accused, 'I did not want to kill him'

These are the words spoken today in the courtroom by Rassoul Bissoultanov, the main accused in the Spanish trial for the murder of the Italian boy Niccolò Ciatti in 2017 in Lloret de Mar. In the trial that is taking place in Girona Bissoultanov is accused by the Public Prosecutor's Office of willful murder and asks a sentence of 24 years in prison. 

The defense of the main accused believes that this is a case of involuntary homicide and asks that the sentence against him be a maximum of 4 years in prison.

Magomadov's lawyer, on the other hand, considers his client innocent.

According to the Italian lawyer of the Ciatti family, Agnese Usai, among the people who could be heard by the court in the day there would also be a martial arts expert, who will illustrate the technique that, according to the accusation, was used by Bissoultanov to hit lethally. Ciatti with a kick to the head while he was already on the ground.
