The accident happened around 12:15 p.m. in the Burgrain district of Loisachauen.
Three wagons overturned.
A spokesman for the Federal Police said that "all age groups" were among the injured.
"People are being pulled through the windows."

The cause of the accident is still unclear.
According to the district office, a total of 60 people are treated with injuries, 16 of them with serious injuries.
