(ANSA) - VATICAN CITY, JUN 04 - The Pope calls for the health system to be supported so that everyone has access to free treatment.
"We need to work so that everyone has access to treatment, so that the health system is supported and promoted, and so that it continues to be free. Cutting health resources is an outrage to humanity," Pope Francis said in an audience with Federsanità.
The Pontiff also asked not to distinguish the sick in "series A" and "series B".
Finally, he reiterated that public health is "a wealth" for Italy.
"Don't miss it," he recommended.
