The scenario:
Blood dripping from bed sheets.
In the middle of the night, the wife of an influential Dresden building contractor disappears from the city villa, leaving only a red pool in the bedroom.
The detectives draw very personal conclusions: Gorniak (Karin Hanczewski), who had a violent father, suspects the impulsive husband of murder.
Winkler (Cornelia Gröschel) rather believes in a relationship gone awry, in which the spouses gave each other hell, so that the woman has now fled of her own accord.
The highlight:
Attention, danger of collapse!
The entrepreneur earns a lot of money by maintaining the tunnels and caves under Dresden.
But the thought structures of the investigators are just as in danger of collapsing, and their investigations reveal new facets of a cruel relationship of dependency.
Anyone who has followed the Heard/Depp case in recent weeks may have a déjà vu given the impenetrable, unsavory web of relationships

The picture:

In a scene in which the investigators eat a birth cake, it is said that witnesses were watching a Hitchcock film at the time of the crime.
One of the investigators then picks up the cake knife and imitates the engraver's staccato from "Psycho" both physically and vocally.
The dialogue:
The detectives argue about the possible course of events.
Gorniak insists on femicide, Winkler thinks that is too simple.
Gorniak: "How often does a husband try to kill his wife in Germany?"
Winkler annoyed: »Every day. Every third day with success.«

The forensic scientists put on the ballad about the entrepreneur's high-end system while looking for traces of blood and violence in his villa.
Everyday work of forensic technicians: illuminating the hell of marriage with infrared light, and at the same time the "boss" gently pities the speechlessness in a love relationship.
