Today, the Ministry of Education issued instructions regulating the penalties imposed on students who violate the general examination instructions in all its branches by the examination sub-committees in the governorates.
The ministry specified in a statement that SANA received a copy of its instructions to place a zero in the subject in the event the student violates the general examination instructions, pointing out that if any papers were seized in his possession within his clothes, inside the seat or next to him related to the exam subject or the questions asked for the subject, or found clear and readable writing and did not benefit Including the student, his mark will be punished with a “zero” mark in the subject, and if he benefits from the papers seized with him, he will be deprived of his first and second exam sessions for the same academic year.
In accordance with the ministry’s instructions, the student shall also be punished with deprivation in the “first and second” exam session if he gives another question paper containing some information or related to the questions asked, or if the two students exchange answer sheets with each other. Examination cycle “first and second” and the subject is referred to the internal control.
In the event that the student has any electronic or communication device or any technical means of cheating inside the exam floor, whether it is inside the hall or outside it within his clothes or inside the seat or next to it, and the technical means is not connected to another party, the device shall be confiscated and the “first and second” exam session shall be denied. The technical method was connected to another party, and the device was confiscated and the student was deprived of two examination sessions for two consecutive years, and the matter was referred to the competent authorities.
