(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JUN 06 - "The Commission has stopped promoting the general interest of the Union and ensuring the implementation of the Treaties, and has failed to monitor the application of European law under the aegis of the Court of Justice".
This is what we read in the motion of censure put forward by the liberals against the EU Commission on the ok to the Polish Pnrr.
On the motion, which ANSA has seen, the signature collection is given to the EP and the text will be forwarded for voting when the EU disburses the first funds in Warsaw "without considering the failure of Poland" in complying with the conditionalities of the rule of law.
