Faced with these ambitions, the sector will therefore have to carry out a real revolution.
Because if 3,500 jobs are now identified in the sector, the objective is to create 100,000 by 2030.
The challenge is to identify the specific needs of employees already integrated to ensure their skills development but also to quickly train all those who will join the sector.
