(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 14 - The Constitutional bill on the protection of sports in the Constitution was approved by the Chamber, which on 23 March was also approved by the Senate in the first resolution.
A Contecitorio the provision received 365 votes in favor and 2 against, with 2 abstentions.
The bill provides that article 33 of the Constitution includes the protection of sport in order to recognize "the educational, social and promotion of the psychophysical well-being of sporting activity in all its forms".
Now the text returns to the Senate for the second resolution.
