This was stated by President Joe Biden, underlining that the federal media rate of billionaires is 8%.
"It's not fair, we have to do something. I'm of the opinion that no billionaire has to pay less than a teacher's fees. I don't want to punish anyone, but they have to pay their fair share of taxes," adds Biden.
