A young person refreshed himself in a foreign pool in Upper Bavaria and thus triggered a major police operation.
A police spokesman said the 16-year-old was discovered by a neighbor on Tuesday while he was swimming in Lenting, a community in the Eichstätt district.
The alarmed officials met the teenager in the garden, who then fled and hid.
He left his bike behind.
Discovered by helicopter
According to police, the 16-year-old was discovered by a helicopter and then arrested.
He was charged with trespassing for his actions.
Police said it is still being determined if he stole the bike.
