American President Joe Biden reiterated this at the White House signing an executive order to guarantee the right to abortion in the United States.
"It was not a decision guided by the Constitution or by history", underlined the president.
"A law passed by Congress codifying abortion at the national level is the quickest way" to restore lost rights to women, Biden said.
"The firm will be signed instantly", the president said, arguing that "the decision of the Supreme Court to overthrow the 'Roe v Wade' was a political decision".
