(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 08 - Revenue Agency-Collection expands the video call assistance service.
After the experimental phase started last autumn in some cities, the "online counter" service is now available for taxpayers with registered debts in all the provinces of the regions of Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Molise, Piedmont, Puglia, Sardinia, Tuscany, Valle d 'Aosta and Veneto, to which are added the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano and the provincial areas of Rome, Milan and Brescia.
Therefore, the audience of users is considerably expanding who, without the need to go to the counter, can receive "remote" assistance and communicate in real time, via PC, smartphone and tablet, with an employee of the Revenue-Collection Agency to carry out operations and receive specific information on bills, installments, suspensions and reimbursements.
The "online desk" in video call, which in the next few months will be extended to all regions, is part of the broader digitization project undertaken by Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione with the aim of developing new distance services that can make relations with taxpayers.
