Eleven confirmed victims of the Marmolada tragedy of last July 3 and nothing suggests that there are other people under the mass of ice and stones that overwhelmed the ropes.
Colonel Giampietro Lago, commander of the Ris di Parma, has today effectively put an end to the path of recognition of mountaineers overwhelmed and killed by the terrifying avalanche caused by the detachment of a part of the glacier cap.
The names of the victims
- The DNA tests carried out on the recovered remains, therefore, confirmed the number of dead, among which there is also the twenty-two year old Nicolò Zavatta, from Vicenza from Malo, the youngest and the last to be recovered.

"There are no elements to say that there are other deaths: the confirmed victims are 11".
