(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 13 JUL - The United States "would like a consulate in East Jerusalem".
US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said this in a press briefing in Israel.
"Obviously", he explained, the reopening of the consulate "requires a discussion with the Israeli government and the Palestinian leadership. And we will continue to work towards this during the trip."
