Gascade, the German operator of the two arrival points in Lubmin of the Nord Stream 1 pipeline, announced that gas supplies through Nordstream have dropped to 20% due to the closure of another turbine.
Tass reports it.
According to the statement, 1.28 million cubic meters per hour, about 20% of Nord Stream's maximum range, was transported through Nord Stream in compliance with applications.
The price of gas drops below 200 euros per megawatt hour after the words of the Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov about the cut of the flow decided by Gazprom on Nord Stream due to the maintenance works.
According to Peskov, "as these works are carried out, Gazprom will be able to pump more".
In Amsterdam, prices fell to 196 euros per megawatt hour, a 2% drop compared to yesterday's close.
In London, the price fell to 403 pence per Mmbtu (-0.2%).
Gazprom announced today the delivery of gas volumes of approximately 27 million cubic meters, compared to daily deliveries of approximately 34 million cubic meters made in recent days.
Eni reserves the right to communicate any updates in the event that there are further significant changes in the delivery quantities communicated by Gazprom.
