On Galicia Day and the Feast of Santiago the Apostle, members of Spanish royalty got into the scent of summer.

The summer season offers opportunities for colorful outfits.

And on Monday July 25, Queen Letizia of Spain and her daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia took full advantage of it.

Coming to attend the celebrations of the day of Galicia and the feast of Saint James the Apostle, which were held in Santiago de Compostela, they each bet on color.

A stylistic picture that was reminiscent of a display of ice cream or fresh fruit, as their dresses took on vitamin tints.

Queen Letizia of Spain wore a long structured mango-colored dress.

The creation, branded Vogana, was accompanied by openwork heels and a soft brown bag.

Her eldest daughter, Leonor, wore a “bigout” dress: signed Cayrowoman, it consisted of a central pink panel, edged in cherry red.

Finally, the Infanta Sofia brought up the rear in a blue “bubble-gum” dress.

A range of vibrant shades, combined with elegance.

The trio thus chose to wear a key trend of the 60s and 80s and 2000s: color blocking.

A stylistic trick that plays only on the color and the cut that allows, among other things, to raise or sublimate a complexion, and to play on associations.

The orange, pink-red, and blue combo: an alliance that works, especially in the middle of summer.
