(ANSA) - ISTANBUL, AUGUST 20 - UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has launched an appeal to unblock exports of "Russian food and fertilizers that are not subject to sanctions".
This was announced in a UN statement citing a speech by Guterres today in Istanbul at the center set up to coordinate exports of cereals from Ukrainian ports that began on August 1st.
