(ANSA) - KIEV, AUG 22 - The Kiev authorities have decided to ban any public gathering for three days, starting tomorrow and until 25 August.
The alarm is high for the Independence Day celebrations, after President Volodymyr Zelensky warned of the risk that Russia could carry out "terrible" deeds in those days.
