In broad daylight, the place is not scary.
Pop Corn Labyrinthe, in Jouars-Pontchartrain in the Yvelines, is a small cabin in the middle of a cornfield.
Bathed in the light of a beautiful sunset, volunteers put on make-up and dress as zombies.
Fake blood, axes, knife, white lentils, plastic maggots, the costumes are varied.
At that time, they are not scary: it looks like a Halloween party is preparing.
However, when the race begins, and they have all had time to hide among the ears of corn, the atmosphere is different.
It's dark, you can't see two meters in front of you, you can only hear the plants waving in the wind... and cries in the distance.
Suddenly the zombies are jumping out of the corn screaming and trying to grab you.
At this precise moment, you forget that they are human and that you had chatted cheerfully with them an hour earlier.
You scream, you run in the opposite direction, your heart skips a few beats and in the end, you have a good laugh.

The rules are simple: get out of the maze in less than an hour, and if you want to earn as many points as possible, don't let the zombies snatch your "lives" or red stripes scratched at your waist.
You must also punch your card at the many beacons present throughout the maze.
Not allowed to hide in the corn, nor to run.
But we quickly forget this last rule in the euphoria of the moment: we push each other, we hit someone in the face who makes a U-turn running and can't see in front of him, we fall in the corn... You have to do everything likewise be prepared for some physical tests.
For 20 euros, you can even do more than an hour of labyrinth: this one is quite impressive.
And for 10 euros, you can play as a zombie yourself and make people who pass by you scream!
