Today, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued a student guide for university admission for the academic year 2022-2023, including procedures for applying for trade-offs and the required documents.
The guide includes a number of axes related to the general instructions and notes that the student must adhere to, the trade-offs of the scientific branch, an introduction to the preparatory year, its study system, the exams related to it, and direct registration instructions for the literary branch.
The guide also included the colleges and institutes whose admission requires a competition, test or interview, and all kinds of comparisons. It also included an introduction to the differentiation of parallel education “the scientific branch..except for medical colleges”, the eastern governorates, the families of martyrs, wounded and missing persons, the comparison of non-resident Syrians, Arab and foreign students, and the comparison of the physically handicapped. And the comparison of expatriates and the comparison of vocational high schools and the subjects that will be considered when the minimum threshold for admission to the scientific branch is equal.
The guide shows the accredited registration centers for university admissions for the 2022-2023 academic year.
