According to media reports, the actor Udo Wachtveitl has sued the city of Munich.
Munich's "tz" reports that the 63-year-old, who has been playing chief inspector Franz Leitmayr in the Munich "crime scene" for 31 years, has filed a lawsuit against a decision from the town hall with the city's administrative court.
According to the newspaper, it is about a building permit for a site in Munich's Entenbachstrasse, the seat of the Kolping Training Center in Munich and Upper Bavaria.
As the "tz" reports, a storage room for stage parts is planned there.
Tatort actor Wachtveitl lives in the neighborhood and wants to prevent the cultivation.
For what reasons is not known.
Wachtveitl has already complained against the Kolping Society in the past
A spokeswoman for the Bildungswerk told the "tz" that the association shouldn't have applied for a building permit at all: "It's about an outbuilding that doesn't require a permit that is to be built."
Nevertheless, the Kolping Society had a building permit issued in order to secure itself legally.
Because: According to the »tz«, there was already a legal dispute between the Kolping Society and Wachtveitl in the past.
At the turn of the millennium it was about a new winter garden that the Kolping Society wanted to have built, the newspaper reports.
Wachtveitl initially agreed to this.
When the construction was finished, however, Wachtveitl did not want to accept it - and complained.
Now the renewed legal dispute with the city of Munich.
"The matter is already settled"
When asked by "tz", the actor said: "The matter is already settled." Because, as the court confirms, Wachtveitl has applied for the proceedings to be suspended.
The city still has to agree to this, but the appointment has already been canceled.
Possibly, however, with calculation: because Wachtveitl can continue the process if the extension does not suit him again.
If he had withdrawn his lawsuit, it would not have been legally possible for him to go back to court in the same case.
