Berlin will hold 2 reserve nuclear power plants until 2023

German Economy and Climate Minister Robert Habeck announced that the two Isar nuclear power plants will still have to be available until mid-April 2023, should they be needed to support electricity coverage. (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - BERLIN, 05 SEPT - German Minister of Economy and Climate Robert Habeck has announced that the two Isar power plants will still have to be available until mid-April 2023, should they be needed to support electricity coverage.

Germany previously announced the closure of all nuclear power plants by the end of the year.
