Borrell accuses, 'there is a fascist regime in Moscow'

(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, SEPTEMBER 05 - The High Representative for EU foreign policy, Josep Borrell, defined the Moscow authorities as a "fascist regime" in a remote speech at the Inter-Parliamentary Conference in Prague speaking about the response to the aggression of Ukraine.

   "We do not have a concrete plan to defeat the Russian fascist regime, but my task is more modest and it is to help Ukraine in a united way and continue discussions with international actors to apply the sanctions adopted," Borrell said in his speech.
