It is a classic candy which is the subject of the greatest attention of the DGCCRF, in a series of reminders published in recent days, the Department of Consumer Competition and Fraud Prevention requests the recall of several batches of this type of product.
The first recall was published on Wednesday September 7 on the site dedicated to the recall of defective or unfit products for consumption.
It concerned the recall of two batches of marshmallow bears, marketed between May 24, 2022 and September 7, 2022. The DGCCRF says it fears the presence of metallic foreign bodies which could prove to be dangerous and cause injuries.

, was May 31, 2023. If you purchased boxes of marshmallow bears during this period, check the lot numbers carefully.
If you have a product concerned by the recall, you will be invited to bring it back to the point of sale, to contact the consumer service or, and this is probably simpler, to destroy it.
On Thursday, the DGCCRF extended this recall to a whole series of new batches of marshmallow bears sold this time under the Cémoi brand.
These recalls are made for the same reasons as those sold under the Carrefour Classic brand, namely the presence of metallic foreign bodies, in the form of flexible filaments.
