A married couple from Berlin reported a police officer after an operation in the apartment because he is said to have racially insulted the wife.
State security has started an investigation against the officer.
This was announced by the Berlin police on Tuesday.
The couple submitted a video intended to document the insult.
Emergency services came to the 28-year-old in her apartment last Friday because of a threat speech.
Her 30-year-old husband was also there, against whom there was an arrest warrant for fraudulently obtaining benefits.
In the course of his arrest, the man is said to have resisted, which is why he was brought to the ground and handcuffed.

The wife is said to have tried to free her husband.
But this was stopped by the police.
When the situation had calmed down, the threat was then addressed.
The arrest warrant was then completed – the man paid the outstanding amount of 750 euros.
In the course of the operation, one of the police officers is said to have said condescendingly and condescendingly that the woman should return to her home country, as a spokesman for the Berlin police told SPIEGEL.
According to the spokesman, the woman comes from Syria.
The forces then initiated investigations into resistance, physical assault and attempted prisoner release.
Later that day, the couple went to the police, filed a complaint themselves and presented the video.
