(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 13 - The draft of security guarantees for Ukraine released today by the Kiev presidency is "in fact a prologue to the Third World War".
The vice president of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev wrote on Telegram.
"Of course, no one will give any guarantees to Ukrainian Nazis, after all it is almost like applying Article 5 of the NATO Treaty," he added.
"If these idiots continue to pump the Kiev regime unchecked with the most dangerous types of weapons - warned the former head of the Kremlin - sooner or later the military campaign will pass to another level".
