“due to the health measures still in effect”
in the country.
Not vaccinated, the 42-year-old singer could not enter Quebec territory.
She made the announcement in a message addressed to her
“dear Quebec cousins”
and published on her social networks on Friday, September 9.
“I'm a person of integrity, I can't be who I am and sing what I sing if I do the opposite of what my body, heart and soul feel. I made the choice not to get vaccinated
,” she explains.
Zaz, who specifies having
"contracted the covid several times"
, claims to have managed to play all of his tour dates so far:
"I have managed to do all the dates since last March internationally in showing white paws (repeat PCR test and isolation)”
.
She adds that she did not feel the need to speak on the subject before.
Although she is not vaccinated, the internationally popular singer says she
"respects everyone's choice"
.
“I also have my agency on this.
I might be disappointed for sure, but I know that many will understand me,”
she adds.

specifies that she is working with her teams to schedule postponement dates in September 2023.
