(ANSA) - MILAN, 17 SEPTEMBER - A 34-year-old was arrested by the carabinieri on charges of having killed a 23-year-old in Turbigo (Milan) last night and wounded a 30-year-old in the leg.
The person arrested and the victims are Albanian nationals and were attending a party with other compatriots when a quarrel began at the height of which the 34-year-old shot.
Before the arrival of the military, the man was beaten by the victim's friends and is now on guard and in serious condition at the Gallarate hospital The 34-year-old Albanian was participating last night in a festival of fellow countrymen that took place near a bar in viaAllea Comunale, in Turbigo.
The quarrel broke out around 11pm, according to an initial reconstruction for futile reasons, and the man shot with a 6-caliber pistol,
35 injuring a 30-year-old calf.
Those present at that point surrounded the attacker who shot again hitting the 23-year-old in the neck, who died a few hours later in the hospital in Legnano.
After the shooting, the attacker was beaten by the victim's friends before the arrival of the carabinieri, who took him away and arrested him.
The wounded in the leg was hospitalized in a non-serious condition at the hospital in Busto Arsizio.
