Beck is no longer available to support Arcade Fire on their upcoming North American tour.
This became known over the weekend when the organizers of the tour informed ticket holders about a change in the line-up.
Instead of Beck, the Haitian band Boukman Eksperyans will now be seen in the opening act.
Neither Beck's nor Arcade Fire's management gave any reasons for the exit.
However, it is likely that there is a connection with the allegations against arcade fire band leader Win Butler.
At the beginning of August, the renowned online music magazine Pitchfork published a report in which four fans accused Butler of sexually harassing them and having abusive affairs with them.
Butler confirmed the affairs but said they were consensual.
The Canadian singer and musician Leslie Feist had already left the European tour with Arcade Fire because of the allegations.
After two concerts, Boukman Eksperyans stepped in for them, and they are now also supporting in North America.
Arcade Fire's North American tour begins October 28th in Washington, DC.
