A passenger on a flight defecated on the floor of the plane - and smeared on the carpets and curtains

The company apologized to the shocked passengers, and provided them with a replacement plane
Voila system!

Stripping video led to suspension of British Airways flight attendant (Sunday Mirror)
The passengers on the British Airways flight were horrified to the core: one of the passengers defecated on the floor of the plane, and even smeared his product on the curtains.
The man then ran around the plane, which was full of passengers.
The crew members were also horrified at the sight of the feces that was spread on the curtains and carpets of the Boeing 777-336.
The "Sun" website reports that the emergency services were called to Heathrow Airport in London, seconds before flight BA075 took off towards Lagos, Nigeria.
The curtains and carpets on the plane were full of dirt.

Kneel, rub, run and apply
One of the passengers described that "During boarding, a passenger removed his pants from the waist down and defecated on the kitchen floor. He sat and defecated on the kitchen floor and the aisle carpets. (Then) he walked down the aisle and started running down it to door number 4. He smeared his arms , up to the elbow, in feces, as well as the seats by the door. The curtains and carpets were heavily soiled. It is very important that a deep cleaning be carried out under proper supervision."
The flight, which took place on October 7, was delayed while the plane was replaced and taken out of temporary service, incurring huge expenses for the airline.
The shocked passengers were detained for about three hours.
In response, British Airways stated that "we have apologized to our customers for the delay in their flight and have arranged a replacement plane that will allow them to continue their flight."
