(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 21 - The Rome Public Prosecutor's Office has arranged an appraisal on the cell phone of Chiara Silvestri, the 23-year-old girl who overwhelmed and killed Francesco Valdiserri with her car on the night between Wednesday and Thursday while the latter was on the sidewalk of via CristoforoColombo.
The objective of the prosecutor Erminio Amelio, owner of the file, is to ascertain whether the girl was using the telephone in the moments preceding the tragic accident.
The investigator will also have an expert opinion to ascertain the speed at which the Suzuki Swift was traveling.
