(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, OCTOBER 21 - Steve Bannon, the former head of Donald Trump's electoral campaign and his strategist at the White House, was sentenced by a federal court in Washington to four months and a $ 6,500 fine for outrage at the Congress for refusing to testify and provide documents in the investigation into the Capitol assault.
According to prosecutors, since he received the subpoena, Bannon "has pursued a bad faith strategy of defiance and contempt."
Trump is also the recipient of a 'subpoena' to testify before Congress.
