(ANSA) - MILAN, OCTOBER 28 - The 46-year-old unemployed man who in the late afternoon yesterday stabbed 5 people in a shopping center in Assago, in the Milan hinterland, is accused of murder and multiple attempted murder, killing one and seriously injuring four others.
The prosecutor Paolo Storari began to question the man, who according to the investigators has serious mental problems.
The interrogation is videotaped.
The 46-year-old was stopped and disarmed by former Inter footballer Massimo Tarantino.
"He was screaming, he was just screaming", the former player, now sports manager, told the numerous television cameras.
"I was a hero? I didn't do anything ...".
