First she cuts off the top third, then the hand mixer, which is usually used for kneading dough, is used.

To do this, she goes all the way into the resulting cavity with the hand mixer so that nothing can splash out.

Now she switches the device to the highest level and waits until it has completely removed the pulp, including the seeds, from the walls.

After all, she can easily remove the seeds with a spoon and put them in a sieve.

There she washes off the seeds, removes the remaining pulp that is on them with her hands and which she then puts in a separate bowl.
