(ANSA) - MILAN, OCTOBER 27 - Mediobanca in the first quarter 2022-2023, closed at the end of September, recorded a net profit of 262.6 million, in line with the almost 262 million of the first three months of last year, and above the consensus that stopped at 230 million.
Revenues rose to a record 757 million well beyond the 706 million of the same period 2021-2022 and much higher than the 705 million of the consensus.
The efficient and diversified business model should allow Mediobanca to overcome this phase of uncertainty and "to reach most of the objectives of the 2019/2023 Business Plan at the end of June 2023, in particular the growth of earnings per share and the remuneration of shareholders" .
