This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Valdai club.
"The so-called West played a dirty game, a bloody game, without considering the interests of other countries," he continued.
"Russia's proposals to build collective security have been denied, thrown away. We cannot ignore it, those who sow wind collect storms", added the Russian president.
According to Putin, the West is "one step away from extermination you do not like. Even in the Cold War, when the two would settle opposed to each other, neither side thought of erasing the culture, the art of the adversary, the humanitarian sphere was treated with respect to preserve the basis of healthy relationships for the future ".
